With all the recent madness that just happened in our city, it`s well over due to re balance the sanity. In our house Father`s Day means our annual visit to Car Free Day.
This year we strolled down Commercial Drive without having to battle the cars. It`s just one key way to bring harmony to a community by encouraging people to come to these types of events.
By doing so, it actively demonstrates peaceful coexistence through spontaneous interaction.
Never more needed just 4 days after it all went dark downtown…….
…exotic colours, gentleman in tidy white, under a washed out sky…….
….ducking behind the hare krishna`s, past the orange fairy girl up high, as the band breaks it down….
bulldogs…trabants…and geezers looking for deer in the urban forest…..
skelly boy does beat box, as the lady lovers dance on…….
